210 W Martin Luther King Jr Blvd is a 65 unit, mixed income development project 1/2 mile from the USC campus, just south of downtown located in an Opportunity Zone. The Ranta Group plans on developing, owning and operating the building with Equity Partners for at least 10 years to take advantage of the bonus returns through an OZ Fund. The building will be constructed out of steel formed modular construction with 95% of the units being complete prior to erection of the building. 11% of the buildings units will be dedicated to permanent Extremely Low-Income housing while the remainder will be market rate units with plans to occupy with Section 8 households for market-proof rental longevity.
